How to use
To prepare the infusion, pour 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water over 1 teaspoon. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. After this time, strain the infusion and drink it warm and fresh.
Contraindications and precautions
The product should be stored in a dry place, away from light, and is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people allergic to peppermint.
