Preparation and dosage
1 teaspoon of oak bark is boiled for 10 minutes in 0.2 l of water, then left to infuse for 10 minutes in a covered container and magmatic water is added. It is drunk 2-3 times a day. For poultices and rinses, similarly prepare a decoction of 10 g bark per 1 glass of water, for sitz baths 50 g per 1 liter of water.
