Original Silicea Plus also contains Biotin (Vitamin H), which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Free from: gluten, lactose, additives, and preservatives.Ingredients

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years, 1 measuring spoon per day (15 ml) diluted in water, tea or fruit juice away from meals.
Warnings
To be used as part of a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Shake the bottle well before use; do not take the product directly from the bottle and always use a clean spoon.
Conservation
Store in a cool place, away from heat sources. Sunlight and excessive light will damage the product. Once opened, store refrigerated (4-8°C) and consume within 4 weeks. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
