MALASIL SILVER SHAMPOO 200 Dermatitis in Dogs and Cats
Malassezia pachydermatis is the main pathogenic agent causing dermatitis and otitis in canines and felines; it has the ability to form biofilm, which is an important virulence factor.
Malasil developed by König contains silver ion (Ag+) microspheres, with antibiofilm and antimicrobial action.
These microspheres penetrate the biofilm, destroying its organization and allowing the effective attack of the silver ion (Ag+) against Malassezia spp. and other pathogens.
Dermatological shampoo specially developed to treat seborrheic dermatitis and its complications.
MalaSIL is the ideal supplement to combat conditions caused by Malassezia sp, and secondary infections from other microorganisms that affect the skin and hair.
It contains micronized silver that prevents biofilm formation and the adhesion of bacteria, fungi, and yeasts.
