Optimal care during breastfeeding: Thera°Pearl® 3-in-1 ThermoPearls

Lansinoh's Thera°Pearl® 3-in-1 ThermoBeads offer a thoughtful solution for the challenges that can arise during breastfeeding. These reusable beaded pillows are lined with a protective fleece and can be used both hot and cold to relieve tension, swelling, engorgement, and mastitis.

Well-being thanks to flexible application

Uniquely shaped and filled with adaptable gel beads, the breast cushion ensures an optimal fit and superior comfort. Whether for relaxation through warming or relief through cooling, the versatility of the ThermoBeads is remarkable. They can also be attached to breast pumps to reduce pumping time.

Warming application and its benefits

The warmth of the ThermoPearls not only promotes milk flow but also supports the triggering of the milk ejection reflex. For women struggling with engorgement or mastitis, warmth can be soothing. Therefore, application to the affected breast is recommended, although consulting a doctor or lactation consultant is advisable.

Cold for relief

For swelling and tightness during the first few days of breastfeeding, the cooling effect of ThermoPearls can be helpful. Cooling the pearls in the refrigerator or freezer allows you to adjust the temperature to your personal comfort. A cooling period of two hours in the freezer seems optimal.

Using Thera°Pearl® 3-in-1 ThermoBeads is simple: To heat them, place them in the microwave for 15 seconds and maintain an effective temperature for approximately 20 minutes. For reuse, a minimum of 20 minutes should be allowed between applications.
