DescriptionMelatonin-based dietary supplement that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Water, glycerol; emulsifier: polyoxyethylene monolaurate; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet with a little water in the evening, shortly before going to bed.
