Recommendations:
Mint stimulates the secretion and elimination of bile, being useful in biliary dyskinesia. It has antifermentative, spasmolytic, disinfectant properties, being used in indigestion, flatulence, diarrhea, gastrointestinal colic, nausea.
Composition:
Mint (Menthae herba)
Method of preparation:
Infusion from 1 sachet to 200 ml of boiling water. Cover and leave for 7-10 minutes.
Administration method:
2-3 cups a day.
Contraindications:
Chronic constipation. In gallstones, it is consumed with the doctor's advice.
