The product is indicated:

One capsule contains no less than 7.5 x 108 CFU* of live bacteria.*CFU – Colony Forming Unit – A unit for creating bacterial colonies.
Ingredients:
Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Streptococcus thermophilus, capsule shell: gelling agent - gellan gum, glazing agent methyl-hydrocelluloxy-prop.
How to use:
The capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before a meal with ½ cup of drink at room temperature. You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in the drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not consume if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients of the product. Pregnant and lactating women should consume the preparation after consulting the doctor.
Recommended daily serving:
Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules 3 times a day, 15-20 minutes before meals, Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day, 15-20 minutes before meals, Children aged between 3 and 12 years 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day, 15-20 minutes before meals.
Duration of use: For an optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.
Contraindications : individual intolerance to the ingredients of the product.
Storage conditions : at room temperature for up to 6 months beyond this period, store at a temperature no higher than + 10 ° C, in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of small children.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used by pregnant women, nursing women and children without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
