All products in the 3M Nexcare ColdHot range are heat-sealed pouches containing a soft, non-toxic gel.
These swabs can be stored in the freezer so they are always ready for use, or they can be heated in a microwave on low power.
Cryotherapy: sprains, dislocations, strains, strains, tendinitis, hematomas, bruises, migraines, low-grade fevers, nosebleeds, dental pain.
