OstroVit Supreme Pure Glycine is a dietary supplement with a single ingredient in powder form, a source of glycine. The formula is based only on micronized glycine, to which no colorings, preservatives, fillers or other food additives have been added.
Glycine is an endogenous protein amino acid, the source of which in a balanced diet can be, among others: gelatin, fish, poultry and pork, as well as spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, cabbage and pumpkin. Glycine is a component of proteins in the human body and is mainly found in the skin, muscles and connective tissue of the joints.
