How to use
Take 1-2 sachets a day (morning-evening) away from meals, dissolved in half a glass of water.

Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In rare cases, alpha-lipoic acid may cause blood sugar levels to rise. Consult your doctor before using this product.
