Description
A dietary supplement indicated for those with reduced dietary intake or increased needs for these elements. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. This product should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. This product should not be consumed on an empty stomach. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by minors under 18 years of age. Use is not recommended for women of childbearing age or prepubescent individuals of either sex. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, healthy, and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, light, and humidity.
