After opening, each dose is for single use only.
To avoid the risk of aspiration, the head will be tilted to one side, in the case of babies under 6 months of age, they should be placed in a lying position.
When nasal irrigation is performed by only one person, it is recommended to immobilize the baby by wrapping him in a towel to prevent injury with the tip of the single-dose.
The tip of the single dose is gently inserted into the upper nostril, then the single dose is gently pressed.
At the same time, the mouth must be kept closed so that the solution drains out the other nostril, along with the nasal secretions.

In babies, if the nose is not sufficiently cleaned, the procedure is repeated for the other nostril, placing the child on the opposite side and wiping the nose with a disposable paper towel.
If cleaning is effective after washing only one nostril, it is not necessary to repeat the procedure; the next cleaning will start with the other nostril.
In the case of young children, blowing the nose is recommended, followed by repeating the procedure for the other nostril.
