Properties :

Prontosan solution is a unique product with a combination of two active ingredients: polyhexanidine and betaine. This combination makes it an excellent adjunct to the treatment of wounds of various etiologies. Polyhexanidine exhibits biocidal properties, while betaine is a surface-active agent that effectively cleanses the wound of contaminants and biofilm. Prontosan solution should be used every time the wound is cleansed, rinsed, or prepared for dressing.
