Read originalHello. Yes, plantain seeds are great for losing weight, cleansing the colon and filling you up too. I use it every day. I take a teaspoon and a half and put it in half a cup of water, leave it for an hour and a half, mix it well, then drink it, then I drink water after a cup and a half. Every day, depending on what the person likes. Drink it in the morning or evening. Thank you and I recommend it.
