Red clover cut flower 25g Medicinal plant
Red clover helps treat menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, sweating, anxiety and irritability and also has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system.
Preparation suggestion: pour 2 teaspoons (1.5 g) with a glass of hot water, infuse covered (5-10) minutes, strain. Drink twice a day.
The maximum daily dose is 4 teaspoons. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to red clover.
Keep in a dry place, out of the reach of children. Protect from foreign odors and light.
