The HairSkinNails (re)Booster dietary supplement contains active ingredients such as:

• Saw palmetto extract . This ingredient blocks the enzyme 5α-reductase, which translates into a reduction in the conversion of testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone). This slows down the miniaturization of hair follicles. It helps reduce androgenic (hormonal), stress-related, or seasonal hair loss. Additionally, it regulates sebum production, inhibits the development of inflammatory lesions, and alleviates the symptoms of acne (especially hormonal and seborrheic acne) (1, 2);
• AnaGain® Nu . Organic green pea sprout extract, supporting the natural hair growth cycle. The effectiveness of AnaGain® Nu has been confirmed in clinical and in vitro studies, which observed a 34% reduction in hair loss after just 28 days of supplementation. As many as 86% of participants noticed a reduction in hair loss, and 95% of participants noted a decrease in hair loss by week 8 (objective result – based on hair counting);
• green tea extract . Contains polyphenols (including EGCG – epigallocatechin gallate), which protect cells against oxidative stress (a factor contributing to the initiation and acceleration of cell aging processes – also in the skin) (3);
• bamboo (90% silica) . A source of easily absorbed silicon – an element that strengthens hair, skin, and nails. It is a substance necessary for the collagen synthesis process (4);
• Evening primrose oil . A source of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), which positively influences the regulation of the body's metabolic functions and supports skin hydration and the elasticity of cell membranes. GLA is classified as an omega-6 fatty acid, which – when used regularly – contributes to the prevention of dermatological diseases (5);
• vitamin A. It contributes to maintaining normal iron metabolism, and also helps maintain the proper condition of mucous membranes, healthy skin and plays a role in the process of cell specialization;
• vitamin E. Helps protect cells against oxidative stress;
• pantothenic acid . Contributes to maintaining normal energy metabolism, to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, as well as vitamin D and some neurotransmitters;
• zinc . It participates in the cell division process and helps protect cells from oxidative stress, as well as maintaining normal testosterone levels in the blood. It also helps maintain healthy hair, nails, and skin;
• copper . It helps maintain the proper condition of connective tissues, as well as normal hair and skin pigmentation. It also helps in the proper transport of iron in the body and in protecting cells from oxidative stress;
• selenium . Helps maintain healthy hair and nails, as well as protect cells from oxidative stress;
• biotin . It helps maintain healthy skin and hair, helps maintain the proper condition of mucous membranes, and contributes to the proper metabolism of macronutrients;
• sulfur amino acid complex (l-cysteine, l-lysine, l-methionine). Amino acids are the building blocks of peptides – i.e. proteins (including important structural proteins such as collagen and elastin). The above-mentioned substances are exogenous amino acids – necessary to be supplied to the body from the outside (6).
