Instructions
St. John's wort is traditionally used as a natural antidepressant for mild cases of anxiety or stress-related insomnia. It is also helpful in cases of mental exhaustion.
Precautions
During use, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.

ES St. John's Wort (Hyperico flowering tops, maltodextrin), St. John's wort powder (Hyperico flowering tops); anti-caking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate.

Posology
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, divided into 2 doses, before breakfast and before lunch.

Per recommended daily dose 2 capsules: 250mg ES St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), 250mg St. St. John's Wort powder (Hypericum perforatum). 2 capsules provide 1mg of hypericin.
