Ingredients

Citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, flavors, acidity regulators: citric acid and malic acid, L-tyrosine, taurine, choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and calcium silicate, anhydrous caffeine, color: beetroot red, Camellia sinensis extract, nicotinamide, sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia, Coffea robusta extract, Panax ginseng extract, Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extract, methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride. May contain: milk, gluten, soy, fish, and sulfur dioxide.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 scoop 3 times daily. Dissolve three scoops (16g) in 300 ml of water. Drink in three divided portions (100 ml).

Do not consume this dietary supplement with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects.
