Description
The shark skeleton is made up of strong, elastic cartilage and connective tissue, composed mainly of macroproteins, calcium, collagen and glycosaminoglycans (complex carbohydrates). These substances can penetrate our joints, creating “building blocks” that combat wear and tear. Taking shark cartilage supplements revitalizes joints, because over the years, due to genetics or simply lifestyle, joints begin to deteriorate. Shark cartilage not only renews joints, but has also been shown to inhibit angiogenesis, thus reducing the proliferation of blood vessels linked to osteoarthritis and largely responsible for pain. This property is due to one of its proteins, which is found in higher concentrations in the shark skeleton than in that of mammals.
Composition
Lyophilized shark cartilage (fish), coating agent (capsule): gelatin, stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b). *Bovine derived gelatin
Instructions for use
Take 2 to 3 capsules daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
