Autolysis is a natural process that allows enzymes naturally present in fish to digest organic matter. This organic matter is then broken down into its simple, directly absorbable constituents.
Garum Armonicum Autolysate is derived from wild sea fish, reduced through autolysis to elements simple enough to be immediately usable by the body.
It contains in particular:
- amino acids, peptides, which are part of the membranes of nerve cells.
- polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) that the human body needs.

ingredients
Garum armoricum (fish organ extract rich in protein hydrolysate): 27% - sunflower oil - soy lecithin - fish oil - natural tocopherol concentrate; vitamin A palmitate.
Capsule: fish gelatin - stabilizer: vegetable glycerin - coating agent: shellac.

How to use
In the active phase: Take 2 capsules morning and evening, 30 minutes before meals, for 1 month. Drink with a little water.
As a preventive measure: take 2-3 capsules per day, depending on your personal balance.
