Ingredients: Gelatin, may contain one or more of the following ingredients: cellulose, carrier: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Daily dose: 1 capsule before bedtime with a full glass of water.
Precautions: Do not use if diarrhea or abdominal pain occurs or develops. Long-term use is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
