The product contains blueberry leaf powder (Myrtilli folium) and is used as a dietary food supplement with complex pharmacodynamic activity.
Being rich in active principles: tannins, arbutin, hydroquinone, myrtilin, neomyrtilin, blueberry leaf tea has intestinal antiseptic and astringent action (due to polyphenolic derivatives and bioflavonoids), bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, antidiarrheal, diuretic, anthelmintic, slightly hypoglycemic.
Blueberry leaf tea is recommended for supplementing the diet in functional disorders of the digestive system (enterocolitis, fermentation or putrefaction colitis, diarrhea, colibacillosis) by changing the intestinal pathogenic flora in favor of the normal intestinal flora, in inflammatory processes of the renal tissue (nephritis), of of the pelvis (dermatitis), of the urethra (urethritis).
