Silicone dilators for vaginal exercises

Made of high-quality silicone, Vagiwell® Dilators are dilators specifically designed for vaginal exercises. They can be used both at home and in clinical settings. Their use can be helpful in situations where the vagina feels too tight, such as after childbirth, with scarring from an episiotomy or tear, after cancer treatments involving radiation or chemotherapy, or after surgeries that have resulted in vaginal narrowing. They are also beneficial for vaginismus, vaginal stenosis, or lichen sclerosus following transgender surgery (male-to-female). The dilators can also help alleviate pain during gynecological examinations, tampon use, or sexual intercourse.

Instructions for use

Begin the exercises with the smallest dilator. Gently insert the dilator into the vagina and leave it there for a few minutes. Once a certain size can be used comfortably, you should move on to the next size up. The exercises should be performed in a calm and relaxed sitting or lying position. Unless otherwise recommended by a doctor, daily use is advisable. Once insertion of the largest dilator is possible without difficulty, sexual intercourse can be considered.
