Description
Food supplement based on hawthorn and lemon balm, useful for promoting relaxation.

Ingredients
Hawthorn ( Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus and Crataegus monogyna Jacq. , leaves and flowers) dry extract titrated at 1.5% in total flavonoids, Lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis L. , leaves) dry extract titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid, magnesium oxide; caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; corn starch.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet of the product three times a day, to be swallowed with a little water, or three tablets in a single administration before going to bed at night.

It is not recommended for people suffering from hypothyroidism or during pregnancy.
