How to use my new enema set

Fill the bag with lukewarm water and hang it at a suitable height using the hook to create a natural flow.

Choose the nozzle that suits you, apply water lubricant, and proceed with gentle insertion without pressure.

Gradually open the flow control valve and let your body adjust naturally, maintaining control at every stage.

Hold the water for a few seconds and then release, repeating the process until the desired result is achieved.

As a hot water bottle, fill the bag with hot water, seal tightly, and use externally for relief.

Cleaning

After use, completely disassemble the pouch and accessories and clean them with lukewarm water and soap.

Allow the pouch to dry completely before storing it, so that it remains clean and ready for the next use.
