Ash Manna

Description
The manna ash produces a sweet sap that oozes and drips naturally through incisions in the trunk. This sap congeals in the air, forming long white tears, called manna.
The color of the powder may vary, but it has a slightly sweet taste.
Traditionally, manna has been used as a natural remedy with mild laxative effects.
It may also have emollient properties on the respiratory system, helping to thin mucus.
The composition includes mucilage, minerals, pectin and tannins.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Mannitol from fructose and mannitol from ash.

How to use
Take 1 teaspoon (3g) in a cup of hot water morning and evening or mixed into vegetable drinks or smoothies.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.

Conservation
Store in a cool (15-25°C), dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Do not take after the expiry date.
