Bitter salt-Magnesium Sulphate

External use:

• add 2 cups of bitter salt to the hot bath water, it is recommended to stay in the bath for around 20 - 30 minutes
• compresses with bitter salt dissolved in water are used on the affected skin areas
• it dissolves very easily in water.

Internal use:

• a maximum daily dose of 10-30 grams of bitter salt is recommended for adults and children over 12 years old
• a maximum daily dose of 5-10 grams of bitter salt is recommended for children aged between 6 and 12 years
• not to be administered to children under 6 years of age.
