Vitamin C supplement.
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for the body that promotes its normal physiological functions and proactively and synergistically supports the defense functions of the immune system.
Vitamin C has a recognized antioxidant effect that helps counteract and eliminate free radicals that are harmful to our body: smoking, smog, and an unhealthy diet significantly reduce its absorption, making it useful to include adequate amounts of vitamin C in the diet.
During childbearing age and during all periods that may lead to an iron deficiency (pregnancy, breastfeeding), vitamin C promotes greater absorption of this mineral, considered important in blood processes.
Vitamin C is an essential cofactor for the biosynthesis of collagen, a protein important for the natural formation of bones, connective tissue (cartilage), skin, blood vessels, and teeth.

Ingredients
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sucrose; acidity regulators: sodium hydrogen carbonate, tartaric acid, sodium carbonate; acidifier: citric acid; natural orange flavouring; sweetener: sodium cyclamate; colouring: sunset yellow E110 (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children).

How to use
The recommended dose is one tablet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water.
