Instructions for use:

Three times a day, add 7 g (one scoop) to an empty glass before meals, fill with water (200 ml), and stir. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three 1 g portions, in combination with 1-2 glasses of water before meals, and as part of a low-calorie diet.
