Quatrefolic®: (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (glucosamine salt)
Vitamins: C, D3, E, B1, B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6, B12, biotin
Minerals: iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc
Other ingredients: gelatin capsule (with glycerin and dyes: iron oxides and copper chlorophyll complexes), beeswax (thickening agent), soy lecithin (emulsifier)
Instructions for use
Take one capsule per day, preferably in the morning, with a glass of water. It can be used continuously throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
