Way of ussage:
For cold therapy: hematomas, sprains, hyperthermia and any case that requires cryotherapy. Keep the bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Wrap the bag in a cloth and apply to the affected area.
Indications for heat therapy: lumbago, torticollis, rheumatism, hypothermia and any case that requires heat. Keep the bag in boiled water for max 5 min.
Dry, wrap the bag in a cloth and apply to the affected area. In the case of microwave heating, leave it in the oven
max 1 min. at 650 W. Wrap in a cloth and apply to the affected area.
