The dual protection formula

The dual-action formula combines the active ingredients icaridin and lemon eucalyptus oil, thus employing different mechanisms of action that perfectly complement each other. This creates a double protective barrier that can reduce the risk of mosquitoes or ticks breaching the protection.

Icaridin is a WHO-recommended active ingredient for protecting the skin from bites by mosquitoes (mosquito repellent spray), biting flies, and ticks. Spraying the repellent onto the skin prevents mosquitoes and tiger mosquitoes from detecting human scents, thus deterring them from landing and biting. The active ingredient has a pleasant odor and, at concentrations above 20%, is as effective as DEET.

Lemon eucalyptus oil

Lemon eucalyptus oil is traditionally used to repel insects and is an alternative for people who prefer plant-based products.

How to use ilon insect repellent spray correctly
For external use only. Do not spray directly onto the face and do not ingest. The spray is also suitable for children aged 2 and over. Reapply after prolonged contact with water or heavy sweating.

• The insect repellent should be sprayed evenly onto all areas of skin to be protected and rubbed in lightly.
• For the face, the spray should be sprayed into the palms of the hands and applied sparingly, avoiding the eye and mouth area.
• For the area of ​​a forearm (600 cm²), approximately 6–7 sprays (approx. 1 ml) are recommended.
• The spray should be used sparingly on small children. Application, especially to the face, should be carried out by an adult.

Notes:

• Flammability: The spray should be kept away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, or open flames. Smoking should be avoided.
• Eye contact: In case of contact with eyes, rinse well with water for at least a few minutes. Remove contact lenses, if possible. Continue rinsing and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
• Avoid inhaling: If the spray has been inhaled, ensure fresh air. Consult a doctor if symptoms occur.
• In case of swallowing: If swallowed, rinse the mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. If in doubt, contact a doctor.
