Use

It is recommended to take 1 capsule once a day, long-term (minimum 2-3 months). With increased demands on the body, it is recommended to take 2-3 capsules once a day for a short period of time (3-7 days). The capsules are swallowed whole and drunk with a sufficient amount of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed or in the morning on an empty stomach. If necessary, the contents of the capsule can be poured onto a spoon and used in this way.
