Ingredients
Maltodextrin, black cohosh rhizome dry extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Vegetable-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule.

It does not contain gluten .

How to use
Take one capsule twice daily with water during meals.
