How to use
We recommend taking 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, once or twice a day, at any time (10 to 20 ml per day); it is recommended before meals. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. A measuring cup is included.
