Description
Magnesium and vitamin B6 food supplement, with sweetener.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to: the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function.
Additionally, magnesium contributes to: the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, electrolyte balance, the normal functioning of the nervous system, and normal muscle function.

How to use
12-18 years: one stick (2 g) per day.
Adults 18 years and older: up to two sticks (4 g) per day, as needed.
Dissolve directly in the mouth, or if you prefer in a glass of water (50-100 ml).
