Magnesium food supplement, with plant extracts of valerian, lavender, hawthorn and California poppy, useful in cases of deficiency or increased need for these nutrients.
Lavender and California poppy promote relaxation and sleep during times of stress. Lavender promotes a normal mood. Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
Take one capsule per day, swallowed with water, without chewing or opening it, preferably in the evening.
