Dry extract of passion flower ( Passiflora incarnata L. ) flowering plant, titrated to 0.5% in Vitexin, dry extract of flowering tops of St. John's wort ( Hypericum perfortum L. ) titrated to 0.3% in hypericin (hyperforin/hypericin ratio <1), dry extract of valerian root ( Valeriana officinalis L. ) titrated to 0.4% in valerenic acid, dry extract of flowering tops of California poppy ( Eschscholtzia californica Chem. ) titrated to 0.2% in protopine, heavy magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan, melatonin.
Excipients: Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Silica Gel.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, unless your doctor advises you otherwise.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before using the product, as St. John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity. St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat. The expiration date refers to the product properly stored in the original packaging.
