Indications:
The product contains melatonin, which:
- contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained under conditions of consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed)
- contributes to alleviating sleep disorders (minimum 0.5 mg of melatonin before going to bed)
