How does the Somnolis mouthguard work?
During sleep, Somnolis pushes the lower jaw forward by a few millimeters. This well-known medical solution is called mandibular advancement. This advancement keeps the area behind the tongue clear, allowing inhaled air to pass freely through the airways. It prevents or significantly reduces snoring.

How is Somnolis applied?
