Description
A dietary supplement based on traditional herbal ingredients, useful when stress, agitation and thoughts make it difficult to fall asleep and undermine the quality of sleep, with melatonin.
Each tablet provides a high dose of valerian and passion flower, which promote relaxation for restful sleep and work synergistically with melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Dry extract of rhizome and root of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids; dry extract of passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering herb titrated to 4% in vitexin; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin, vanillin.

How to use
1 tablet in the evening, taken with a little water before bedtime.

Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age; do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The beneficial effect on reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is obtained by administering 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
The minimum shelf life date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
