Ingredients:

• Vitamin D3/cholecalciferol (solubilized in medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil, with added DL-alpha-tocopherol) – 6.667 mg; medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil (Cocos nucifera) – 293.246 mg; natural mixture of tocopherols - 0.090 mg; capsule: gelatin, glycerin, water
• One capsule provides 5000 IU/125 mcg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

How to use:

1 capsule every 2 days.

Precautions:

• For pregnant or breastfeeding women, people suffering from kidney disease, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria or taking anticoagulants, specialist advice should be sought before use
• It is recommended to monitor blood pressure and blood sugar levels in hypertensive or diabetic people, in order to adjust medication
• It is not recommended to interrupt vitamin D administration.
