INGREDIENTS

Zingiber officinale (cryomilled ginger root) (365 mg per capsule). Plant-derived coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 at dinner with a glass of water. In case of motion sickness, it is recommended to take 30 minutes before traveling (maximum 3 capsules). Pregnancy: 3 capsules daily before main meals.
