DescriptionUsing compresses and poultices helps reduce swelling in the affected area. It is a valuable ally in strengthening muscles and absorbing inflammation, reducing recovery times.

Green clay, arnica extract, horse chestnut extract, marigold extract, turmeric extract, yarrow extract, wintergreen essential oil, frankincense essential oil, vegetable glycerin.
How to use
Apply directly to thoroughly cleansed skin until desired thickness is achieved. On hairy areas, place a thin gauze pad between the poultice and the skin. For best results, secure the poultice with a bandage to keep it in place. Application time varies from half an hour to two hours. Remove the poultice with water when it warms or tightens the skin.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Shelf life after opening: 12 months.
