Active ingredients:

• Collagen – a protein naturally synthesized in the human body. It is a component of skin, joint cartilage, and bones.
• Hyaluronic acid – a natural substance found in the body, including in the skin, cartilage, synovial fluid, and muscles.
• Turmeric extract - helps maintain joint flexibility and joint and bone health.
• Boswellia extract - may support bone and joint health.
• Glucosamine – of natural origin, obtained from crustaceans. 1000 mg of glucosamine sulfate, or 840 mg of glucosamine, per sachet. Glucosamine is a structural component of joint cartilage.
• Vitamin C - helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of bones, cartilage, skin and teeth.
• Calcium - is needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth and helps in the proper functioning of muscles.

Recommended intake:

Take 1 sachet daily, with or after a meal. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml) of water or juice and mix thoroughly.
