Ingredients
gelatin; nettle extract tit. 0.4% in beta-sitosterols (Urtica dioica L., roots; corn maltodextrin), saw palmetto oil tit. 85% in total fatty acids [Serenoa repens (W.Bartram) Small, fruit]; emulsifiers: glycerin, sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; Pygeum extract tit. 2.5% in total phytosterols [Prunus africana (Hook. f.) Kalkman, bark, corn maltodextrin]; bulking agents: sunflower oil, sorbitol; pumpkin seed oil (from Cucurbita pepo L., seeds); colorants: black iron oxide, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, brilliant blue FCF.

How to use
One capsule in the morning and one in the evening, swallowed with water without chewing or opening.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume after the expiration date. The expiration date refers to the product in its unopened packaging and properly stored. The product contains Serenoa; therefore, its use is not recommended for women of childbearing age or prepubescent children of either sex. Consult your doctor before use regarding the Pygeum content. The product contains polyols; therefore, excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
