These tablets feature TIT technology, in which the active ingredients are released in three distinct stages. The first stage, with immediate release, contains melatonin and GABA in a complex called Sleep Activ, specially formulated to induce sleep.

In addition, the second sustained-release phase contains a second dose of melatonin, ginkgo biloba, and vitamins B5 and B6, which support cognitive function. The final sustained-release phase includes turmeric, with its antioxidant properties, biotin, and vitamin D, which support physical recovery and reduce mental fatigue and exhaustion upon awakening.
