Ingredients
Powder of: Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula Retz .) fructus, Amalaki ( Phyllanthus emblica L .) fructus, Bibhitaki ( Terminalia bellerica Roxb .) fructus, Rose ( Rosa centifolia L .) flos; stabilizers: starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; glazing agent: HPMC.

How to use
2 tablets per day with hot water in the evening before going to bed or in the morning upon waking.

Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
