Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; maltodextrin, magnesium gluconate, magnesium pidolate, magnesium bisglycinate, flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
